In King County, any property sale which includes a septic system, must obtain an inspection of the septic system performed by a licensed On-Site System Maintainer (OSM). Our OSM inspector will inspect your system and submit the required documents to the Department of Health. To accelerate the process, Stuth Company hand carries all inspection reports to the Department of Health, and then expedites the county stamped document to the customer.

To perform an OSM inspection the access lids and components need to be assessable. A copy of the as-built drawing is required to accompany the report submittal; if there is not an as-built on record with the Department of Health a Time of Sale As-built will need to be done, Stuth Company is qualified to generate a Time of Sale As-built.
